Procedure For log in to My Sprint Account
You can access your account information by visiting Sprint.com and clicking on “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Here you will see a list of your services and billing information
Logging into your Sprint account is
easy.
1. Go to
sprint.com and sign in with the same username and password you use for other
websites or apps like Gmail, Outlook, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
2. Click on
the Sprint tab at the top of the page, then click on "My Profile."
3. On the
next page, click on "My Account."
4. Follow
the steps to update your email address and account information.
To log into
your Sprint account, you can use the following steps:
Go to
sprint.com
Log in to
your account using your existing username and password. If you have not set up
a password yet, select “Forgot my password?” and then follow the instructions.
If you are unable to retrieve your password, contact us on log into my sprint account for sprint support @sprintaccount.net and
provide the details.
If you have
more than one mobile phone number, choose the one that is associated with your
account (in most cases this will be the primary phone number).
Select “Login” on the sprint account login page. You will be asked for a password and security question for this device (this is different from the password and security question for other devices). Enter these new credentials and click “Continue” when prompted. You should now see a page that displays information about your device including its ID number (it's found in Settings > About on iOS devices or Settings > About on Android devices), Software Version, IMEI Number (which is located under Settings > General on iOS devices
